Presentation of PCT filing process & Overview at IPFC by Mr. Sanjay Patel

CII MoMSME Intellectual Property Facilitation Centre (IPFC) in association with Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII) is organizing Two day Certificate programme on Patent and Trademark Prosecution in India, USA, EU and PCT, focusing on Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals & Lifesciences for capacity development by strengthening and expanding human resources, institutions for training, research and skill building in IP, on 27 – 28 April 2019 at EDII, Gujarat, India. Sanjaykumar Patel, Founder of Excelon IP had delivered a presentation on “PCT filing process and overview” during 2 days certificate course organized by CII-MoMSME Intellectual Property Facilitation Centre (IPFC) in association with Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII) on 28 April 2019. The audience were from academic institutes, research centres, pharmaceutical industries, startups, medical device industries and law firms. He had mainly covered the points like basics of PCT, advantages of PCT, requirement and process of filing PCT applications.
